With a variety of CNC panel saws, table saws, and vertical panel saws, Acrilex can cut precise parts in small or large quantities.

Computerized panel saws are ideal for high volume rectangular cutting of parts. The precision of our cutting is within .010" and multiple sheets can be stacked and cut simultaneously.

Variable speed controls for blade travel speed and blade rotation allow for the perfect cut on a huge variety of different materials. Edges are smooth and free of nicks, chips, and spurs which can cause gumming and poor quality. Quality edges require little or no additional machining.

Smaller runs are performed using operator controlled panel saws and table saws, for the maximum balance of labor, fastest delivery, and most cost effective solutions for all our customers.
