Returns, Exchanges and Damages
Acrilex products are hand-cast acrylic.  As such, it is the nature of an artisan product to have variations in color and sometimes texture.  This is not a defect, but a unique quality of hand made products.

However, we want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your Acrilex.com purchase. Please inspect your products upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours from receipt for an RMA if you would like to return it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt for an exchange (excluding return shipping fees) of your product purchase price and taxes.

If you feel that your products have been damaged in transit, please take a photo of it and email it to factorystore@https://acrilex.com so we can investigate it with our shipper.

Please call our Customer Service at 800-227-4539 PRIOR to shipping your product back to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) and instructions.  An RMA is required to process your return.  Please follow the instructions provided in your package. Please ship by insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Unfortunately, shipping and handling return fees are non-refundable.
